Sivabalan is a senior technology leader with over 13 years of experience in data storage systems and software product engineering (ER&D), with a focus on test and validation. With a strong background in software development, Siva has excelled in designing and implementing test tools and frameworks, particularly with Python.
Renowned for his meticulous technical leadership style, Siva in his customer-facing role establishes robust processes and offers clear, strategic technical guidance to his project delivery team, consistently achieving successful outcomes for customers.
His previous role at HCL Technologies involved leading a major project for high-profile clients such as Intel, showcasing his integral contribution to the company’s success. Siva has a master’s degree in Information Technology. During his career, he has obtained numerous awards and recognitions for his contribution in the project’s delivery as an individual and as team lead showcasing excellence in execution towards customer success and mentorship to the teams.

Lakshmi is the Co-founder and Director, overseeing the people and finance functions with over 10 years of experience. She and her team are responsible for managing all aspects of human resources and financial operations.
Lakshmi ensures the smooth operation of finance and HR processes and systems, and she also takes a hands-on approach in her HR role, engaging directly with the staff and leading the talent acquisition team. Her leadership is key to maintaining a strong, efficient, and supportive workplace environment.
Her previous experience includes working at Carvin Consulting, where she managed client relationships with companies such as Sasken Technologies and Huawei. Lakshmi has a bachelor’s degree in electrical and electronics engineering and later obtained a certification in accountancy and finance at the City Commerce Academy from Chandigarh .
