Education:
Minimum education should be Bachelor of Engineering (B.E) or Masters of Computer Application (MCA)
Work:
Minimum 2 years of Software Developments, Testing tools development on the Storage Block Protocol on Host side preferably as individual contributor
Core Job Requirements:
- Ability to write user space application feature set based on the storage protocols using the SDK (Software Development Kit) on top of Storage Validation Framework
- Convert the given functional scenarios to optimal design and development of block level protocol applications on NVMe, NVMe-MI
- Adding features
- Enhancement mainly
- Unit test successfully
- Thorough understanding of development and testing life cycles (SDLC/STLC) practices and tools, Design Techniques, and release process
- Strong analytical thinker.
- Ability to develop/enhance code starting from requirements from simple clear and unclear scenarios

Note : working knowledge of SAS and SATA is a plus and training will be given if needed on SATA/SAS
Technical Skills Required:
- Strong working knowledge primarily on C language, build/make tools, libraries etc. on Linux/Unix Platform
- Hands on experience to convert to C based libraries, Linux OS commands and internal knowledge
- Familiarity with storage architectures and software architecture experience
- Storage protocols and storage specifications (SAS/SATA/NVMe) – Desired mainly on NVMe protocol and ability to ramp up on NVMe-MI and PCIe very fast.
- Storage systems, SSD’s, NVMe Test hardware and Test bed Setup
- PCIe, interface and busses, MI/MCTP (is a plus)
- It’s a plus if willing to learn and analyse Raw analysers (SAS, PCIe based)
- Experience Source Code Control System like Bitbucket tool, Git, tracking tool like JIRA or equivalent tools
System skills:
- Expected good hands on working experience on Unix/Linux environment with great debugging skills
- Familiar with Intel server hardware. PDU etc.
Behavior skills:
- Very good communication skills avoiding gaps and egoistic mindset
- Team player and display ownership attitude
- Gel as a team and contribute
